BenQ has launched a new gadget, the MID S6. MID comes from Mobile Internet Device and it comes with a touchscreen display which is 4.8 inches in size, WiFi and 3.5G, plus VoIP. It’s the first one to be using Windows XP built-in and it can also be used as a digital photo frame.
